DERLIE RECORDS, INC. (pronounced "Deer-lee") is a fresh, innovative, and contemporary Independent recording label company, specializing in Gospel and Jazz music. Our company was established for the sole purpose of exposing a new caliber of music & entertainment to the world —  while meeting the everyday challenges of the recording Industry. We are responsible for the recording, manufacturing, distribution, and promotion of music for all artists signed to the label. We also offer an Entertainment Division, responsible for the booking of Derlie Records' artists for concerts, tours, parties, and special events. We are seeking to sign other artist to the label's roster. 

Derlie Records continues to enjoy an established track-record of reliability and excellence with both its fans and consumers. Their expressions of satisfaction and inspiration are numerous and inspire us to continue to build our foundation, expand our company, and grow in the music industry setting new limits and trends in the new millennium!

DERLIE RECORDS' Executive Management Team consists of Key Officers who make all of their decisions in accordance to the company's mission statement and corporate goals.

Derrick Williams, Founder / President / Chairman
Executive Director of Creative Services

Controlling the reigns of the Creative Services Department is Derrick Williams with his creative song writing style. As President and CEO, Williams is instrumental in setting exemplary standards of hard work, dedication, and entrepreneural leadership. He is a Pianist , Vocalist, Songwriter, and Producer and is also a recording artist signed to the label. Derrick's success as the label's debut artist has helped establish the label's reputation and has opened doors for the company in both the recording and entertainment industries. He is C0-Executive Producer, Creative & Musical Director, as well as, Host, of The Gospel Voice music show, airing nationally at 2:30 AM (ET), 1:30 Am (CT), and 11:30 PM (PT) on The Christian Television Network.

As a corporate executive, he is responsible for developing and maintaining the company vision while overseeing all aspects of Creative Services. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Derrick is responsible for the establishment of all policies and corporate objectives in accordance with the company's vision. He is a key factor in setting the direction of the company ensuring continued operations, in order to maximize return on investments & increase the company's recording productivity. Derrick's professional experience covers many diverse areas in the music and entertainment industry. He is an accomplished pianist and vocalist specializing in Gospel, Jazz, and Rhythm & Blues music, and is well know nationally for his thrilling stage performances as "The Rabbi" in the musical "The Rock ans The Rabbi". Williams experiences consists of a combined total of more than 25 years in the entertainment industry resulting in a large network of industry alliances and contacts


Julie Williams MSN, BSN, RN, ANP, GNP / Tax Specialist / Founder / Vice-President

Executive Director of Operations and Financial Services

Julie Williams, our Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is also responsible for developing and maintaining the company vision while overseeing all aspects of daily operations. As COO, she assists the Chief Executive Officer with planning, development, and establishment of all policies and corporate objectives, as well as, seeking business opportunities and strategic alliances with other music and entertainment organizations. As Executive Director of Operations, Julie is responsible for the development and coordination of all business plans, project proposals, and cooperate ventures. She is a Nurse Practitioner by profession and has more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, program / project development, research, staff development, and supervisory management skills. Julie is also a Co-Executive Producer of "The Gospel Voice" Music Show produced at The Christian Television Network. An earned Master's Degree and training as a tax specialist with H&R Block, enables her to utilize her vast experiences in the art of leadership, business, financial management, research, and critical thinking.
