Demo Submission Policy
DERLIE RECORDS, INC. accepts unsolicited Gospel, Jazz, & R&B demos from aspiring vocal and musical talents. We are regularly looking to book Christian guests on our TV show The Gospel Voice, use musicians, background vocalists, and rappers in the studio for use as Studio / Sideman Musicians on various recording projects, as well as, in live band performance / concert situations. We are also currently looking to sign artist to our label roster.

Please Read Our Demo Submission Policy Below:
1. Please Copyright all of your material by registering it with The Library of Congress in Washington D.C..
2. Send a demo DVD or Compact Disc with 3-4 tracks only! or a retail ready CD (Please remove the shrink
wrap)
3. All Samples used must be "Copyright Free" or Cleared / Licensed (in which a Sampling learance Agreement
must be submitted with your Demo)
4. Send a Press Kit including: a cover letter, biography, b&w glossy photo (8x10) and newspaper/media
reviews.Please Put a mailing address & phone number on all Demo and Press kit materials. Derlie Records
strictly adheres to its submission policy and will not accept demos, press kits, or packages without a return
address and phone number. Also, we will not accept any materials hand delivered or dropped off. All demos
and press kits will not be returned!
5. Please do not call our offices to check if your demo submission has been received. A company repesentative
will contact you if your Demo is being considered! You may mail your demo with a return reciept to confirm
your delivery to us
